I've just joined the club: It is really hard to believe that people forget we were exchanging music tapes not so long ago… I also think that ISP / Mobile companies should distribute the money we pay to the contents producers. Of course can you say they have won in the first instance, but the case will for sure go all the way to the supreme court. This can take many years, and if the industry wins there they will not shut down the bay. They have servers in other countries. One tactic has begun to arisen in the Nordic countries, and that is censorship of the net. The interest organizations are suing ISPs in hope to shut down the traffic to the bay. In other words, the industry shows how silly they are. You can`t get a horse on the run back to the stable with a wip.. The film and music industry have not handled this case so good.
